Our dedicated chef and culinary team offer a wide variety of delicious menu options made with organic, locally sourced ingredients. These include vegetarian and gluten-free selections, and for residents with specific dietary needs, we have a registered dietitian on staff.

We offer a simple, straight forward pricing model that guarantees you only pay for the services you need.
It’s impossible to put a price tag on the quality of life of you or a loved one. However, the cost is a significant factor when you’re considering a senior living community. At Varenita, we know that a “one size fits all” pricing structure never fits anyone just right.
When care costs are included in the rent, you can end up paying for care you don’t need. Instead, we want every resident to receive exactly what they need. To achieve this, we have implemented a simple, easy-to-understand pricing model that includes:
One-Time Community Fee
This covers admission and apartment preparation.
Monthly Base Rental Rate
This fee includes all meals, housekeeping, maintenance, linen service and much more.
Monthly Care Fees
As a resident’s care needs increase, so do their care fees. At Varenita of West Cobb, we provide five different levels of care, so you only pay for what you need. Our staff uses ongoing comprehensive resident assessments to determine the level of care that each resident requires.
The base price for assisted living costs $4,995 per month. Memory care pricing starts at $5,995* per month. A one-time community fee of $3,500 reserves your spot in our West Cobb community.
