Our monthly fees are as inclusive as possible. With your apartment, you will receive maintenance and repairs, electric, water and sewer, heating and air conditioning, trash removal, WiFi and cable. We also provide all weekly housekeeping services, including washing clothing and personal linens.
There are a number of apartment floor plans to choose from, making it easy to find a layout that works for you and your lifestyle. Some residents prefer our spacious two-bedroom apartments while others like the simplicity of our studios. We are also pet-friendly.
Signature Programs
As a memory care community in LA county, we’ve developed Signature Programs that tap into an individual’s past and preserve their memories. This is achieved through a combination of art, music, familiar items from the person’s past, travel experiences and therapy pets.
The secured memory care neighborhood is comfortable and safe as well. Our memory care floor plan features a private studio with over 400 square feet, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a flex space for a table and chairs or a small couch.
