Our Westlake Village retirement community offers five apartment styles. All floor plans are intelligently designed with modern architecture, spacious accommodations, raised vanities and walk-in showers. You can also request apartments with kitchenettes, washers and dryers, large closets and balconies. Decorate your apartment any way you wish – it’s yours after all! We want you to feel right at home!
Our largest apartment, the BellaCasa, features 909-999 square feet of space, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s perfect for a couple or those who plan on inviting over friends and family. The BellaVista (580-777 sq feet) and BellaVita (771-897 sq feet) are both one bedroom, one bathroom apartments with kitchenettes and spacious living areas.
If you’re on the go, a simple studio may fit your needs best. Our BellaPosto model is a 455-510 square foot studio with a small kitchen and large bathroom. The BellaCalma is our studio option for memory care residents, boasting 343-444 square feet of space. Find the perfect match for you!
