To celebrate heart-healthy month, we will be hosting a virtual yoga class.
Being active is a proven way to help reduce stress, improve sleep and enhance balance, flexibility, and mobility. Yoga is a great way to do it. Join us for this fun and informative event taught by Cici Bo from Harmony Family Yoga. This class is open to all ability levels.
Healthy snacks and stretchy bands will be delivered to all of those who RSVP for the event!
