Including assisted living care costs in your rent can result in paying for services you may not require. Our aim, however, is to ensure that each resident receives precisely the level of care they need. To accomplish this, we’ve established a straightforward, user-friendly pricing model that encompasses:
One-Time Community Fee
This covers admission and apartment preparation.
Monthly Base Rental Rate
This fee includes all meals, housekeeping, maintenance, linen service, and much more.
Monthly Care Fees
As a resident’s care requirements grow, we increase their corresponding care fees. At Varenita of West Cobb, we offer five distinct care tiers, ensuring that you exclusively pay for the level of care you actually need. Our staff conducts continual assessments of each resident to accurately determine their specific care needs from assisted living, to assisted plus+, to memory care.
The base price for assisted living costs $4,995 per month. A one-time community fee of $3,500 reserves your spot in our West Cobb assisted living community.
Legal: A one-time Community Fee for all apartments will be collected upon move in. Square footage is approximate. Prices subject to change. Effective August, 2022.
