The senior living community has a total of 102 apartments, including:
- 75 assisted living apartments ranging from 420-1,042 square feet
- 27 private suites, approximately 405 square feet, for residents with memory-related impairment
- Over 35,000 square feet of common use area

Varenita of Simi Valley offers a variety of spacious residences for assisted living including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 420-1,042 square feet. These beautifully appointed living spaces feature patios, balconies, large closets, washer/dryers and, in select units, complete and modern kitchens with cooktops. The 405 square-foot private suites for memory care have private bathrooms and roll-in showers.

The community’s pricing is based on a monthly service fee, enabling residents to have more flexibility with their living options and finances. The company was founded by CEO and President Paul Griffin III, a fifth-generation homebuilder with over 40 years of experience creating and managing award-winning living and work environments. Mr. Griffin has used his vast experience to help make Griffin Living a leader in senior living.

Varenita of Simi Valley offers you flexibility and control over your budget with an annual residency agreement versus a large buy-in fee. The community has a one-time community fee of $3,000 and a monthly service fee based on the residence type. The assisted living monthly fee starts at $5,300, with three wellness package options starting at $800 based on individual needs. All-inclusive memory care services start at $6,000 per month. *Monthly fees are subject to change.

A fully refundable, non-interest bearing $1,000 deposit will reserve an apartment while you complete the application process. Once you have completed the application process, you will convert your deposit into an apartment reservation for a specific apartment and begin the move-in process at Varenita of Simi Valley.
